Payment Information

Credit Card Orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on file (where your billing statements are sent to). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order. To ensure credit card transactions are secure, Nibbin incorporates SSL (secure socket layer) to encrypt your personal information as well as your credit card number. Credit card numbers are not kept on file, so you will have to enter your credit card number each time you order. There is a $20.00 minimum for all transactions.

Paypal orders. We accept Paypal payments to orders@Nibbin.com. Please be sure that sender of payment is a verified sender of payment through Paypal. We will only ship to confirmed addresses through Paypal. Should your address be unconfirmed or sender of payment unverified, we would request further verification. When submitting your Paypal payment please be sure to reference your order number, invoice number or auction number to avoid delays in processing your order.

Please be sure to reference your order / invoice / auction number on your payment. to ensure proper processing, please include a note with your first and last name, shipping address, and telephone number, and what your payment is for. Pre-paid orders will be shipped within 24 hours of check clearance.

Note: we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO boxes by UPS, USPS deliveries will be subject to $20 handling charges and APO/FPO shipments will be subject to $20 charge.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Nibbin shall have the right to refuse any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Nibbin shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Prices are final at the time of shipping and no price adjustment will be made any item after the shipment is made.

Order Acceptance Policy

Orders are not binding upon Nibbin until accepted by Nibbin. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Nibbin reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. in order to protect the interests of our customers, guests?orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Backorders

At Nibbin, we automatically update our on-line product catalog daily to ensure our customers the most up-to-date products, pricing and technical information. Due to the popularity of some products we may not always have an item in stock. We gladly accept orders for out-of-stock items. As soon as the product becomes available your order will be shipped the same day via UPS or shipping method of your choice. your credit card will not be charged until the item is ready for shipping. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting our customer care department at info@Nibbin.com.

Return Policy

Nibbin offers a 15-day return policy from date of receipt of package on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact one of Nibbin’s customer care representatives. Please contact Nibbin’s returns department at RMA@NIBBIN.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to Nibbin. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice or order number, serial number and reason for the return. RMA numbers issued are valid for 10 days, and cannot be re-issued.

Please be sure to have the RMA # appear on the outside of the package to avoid refusal.

All product returned must: be 100 percent complete and contain all original manufacturer boxes with the original UPS code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility: Nibbin will pay for UPS ground shipping on replacements or exchanges for the 48 continental states. Shipping replacements and or exchanges for international, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico is the responsibility of the customer.

For your protection, Nibbin strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damaged packages. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with a proof of delivery.

If you receive damaged merchandise, it is best to refuse it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for Nibbin to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Nibbin immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. if you do not notify Nibbin of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact Nibbin’s customer care department or your sales representative to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.

Defective returns can be returned directly to Nibbin within 15 days from date of arrival of merchandise. at Nibbin’s discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair once full testing of product is complete.

Non-defective returns can be accepted within 15 days from date of arrival of package, at Nibbin’s discretion for: credit or exchange. all non-defective returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Only defective software can be returned to Nibbin. The return must take place within 15 days from date of arrival. Software may only be replaced for the same software. Unopened software may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days from date of arrival.

In general Nibbin reserves the right to authorize and accept returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 15 days from date of arrival. However, Nibbin reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond the 15 days policy. if the product is accepted after 15 days, credit will be issued toward future purchase only, to be used within 45 days of issuance.

Auction returns follows the same policy and procedure however auction returns are for replacements or exchange only.

Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.

Warranties and Pricing

All products are sold with the full manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. For computer hardware, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer after 30 days from the date of invoice.

All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Nibbin reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation or shortage, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site, Nibbin makes no warranties or representations as the site’s accuracy. Nibbin assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omission in the content on the site.

Tax

Nibbin is located in the state of California and is obligated to withhold local and state sales tax for delivery within California. If your shipping is located outside of California you will not be charged sales tax. The customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

Disclaimer

Nibbin hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Nibbin in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by Nibbin until goods are paid for by the purchaser / customer and at that time title passes to purchaser. if goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. The information you supply when making an online or phone purchase is added to our customer database. No matter how you order with us (mail, phone or online) we will not rent, sell or exchange your e-mail address.
